1. About Us

Las Gents Fashion is a professional tailoring company based in the UAE. The company specializes

in designing and producing high-quality traditional Arabic, Kuwaiti, and Omani garments. All

products are made based on individual customer requirements, ensuring a personalized and

premium tailoring experience.

2. Measurements

Customer measurements are taken directly by our trained and experienced staff at our shop or any

designated location arranged by the company. Since our team handles the measurement process,

we ensure accuracy and professional handling. However, any changes requested after

measurements are confirmed may result in additional charges and may also affect delivery

timelines due to rework requirements.

3. Custom Orders

All garments produced by Las Gents Fashion are custom-made according to customer-selected

design, fabric, and style preferences. Once the production process has started, changes,

modifications, or cancellations are not permitted, as each item is uniquely tailored for the customer.

4. Order Confirmation & Advance Payment

To confirm any order, customers must complete a proper confirmation process. This includes

selecting the design, finalizing fabric choices, and confirming all order details. Additionally, a 50%

advance payment of the total order value is required before production begins.

This advance payment is necessary to secure the order, reserve materials, and initiate the tailoring

process. It represents a commitment from the customer to proceed with the order. The remaining

50% balance must be paid upon delivery or at the time of collection.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are determined based on fabric quality, design complexity, and customization

requirements. Prices may vary depending on customer selections. The company reserves the right

to update or adjust pricing before final order confirmation.

6. Delivery Time

Delivery timelines are estimated based on workload, fabric availability, and order complexity. While

we aim to complete orders within the expected timeframe, delays may occur due to operational

factors or external conditions beyond our control.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before the production process begins. Once production has started,

cancellation requests cannot be accepted as the garment is already being custom-made specifically

for the customer.

8. Refund Policy

Since all products are custom-made according to individual customer specifications, refunds are

generally not provided. Refunds will only be considered in cases where a verified error has

occurred from the company’s side, such as delivering the wrong item compared to the confirmed

order.

9. Quality Assurance

Every garment is carefully handcrafted by skilled tailors to ensure high-quality finishing. Minor

variations in stitching, design, or finishing are natural in handmade tailoring and are not considered defects.

10. Responsibility

The company is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party courier services,

customs clearance, or any unforeseen external circumstances beyond reasonable control.
